Your email can be accessed anywhere from any web browser through Webmail. You can also setup your phone or laptop to send and receive emails through IMAP using your favourite email app.
Some email apps like Thunderbird automatically retrieves the correct email settings from the server using a web standard. If that fails, or if the app doesn't support common standards, you can easily configure the server settings manually.
Modern emailing gets complicated because of the high occurrence of spam. To ensure our high deliverability rate, we engage a third-party premium relay that protects our domain reputation, thereby allowing your emails to be successfully delivered to your recipients with high certainty.
Your corporate email is strictly intended for business communication use only. It cannot be used for bulk mail purposes, like marketing emails or newsletters, and is therefore subjected to rate limits. We have a special advertising relay for marketing; contact your administrator for more information.
The rate limit is 50 messages, and messages in the queue are algorithmically delivered over time. This means that each message or email can have up to a maximum of 50 recipients, and also means that you cannot send more than 50 messages very quickly in bursts.
You can safely ignore any disk usage information or low quota warnings. Your mailbox is configured to expand automatically when your mailbox is nearly full on a just-in-time basis; so in effect your account is not subject to storage quota limitations.
